Battery performance on iphone

Now that i am tracking the performance of the battery on the iphone, i have some updates. Performance between charges is now i can plug it in once a day when i go to bed. 16 percent left means to me that i had about another 1 of talk and 2 or so of standby time.
This is the battery level after being unhooked after a day
location services, no BT, 1 min auto lock
Wifi is off
Data roaming is off but the 3g is always on
Set Brightness to the middle
When push is on and fetch is set to hourly better performance
Fetch is on, you may want more battery time and then set to Manual
