I am learning…how to actually plan, breath, pace and run. There is much to learn. Its interesting how if my knee hurts a little or my toe is sore that the changes in my stride and strike make my knee hurt more…

6 minute gain, 2 mins on pace…felt pretty good a slight push but good…http://connect.garmin.com/activity/28805964

Hey, this was last year and this year… for all those who think its not possible to make progress… My running group gets most of the props for the consistent dogged pushing, prodding and all those cold, rainy, miles…mostly uphill it seems. And to John Neri, for those few key tips that got me started on the path of converting my fat ass to fit…”Just don’t stop moving”, ” Grow a pair and man-up” and my favorite, ” if you worked out more you could take a hit like that” – the that was a shoulder to the chest from the former UD linebacker…after i coughed up a little blood, I was grateful for the advice…
