The P90x is making a huge difference in my ability to run, run at speed, and maintain pace under hilly terrain.
Why?
The leg and back workout and plyometrics (jump training)– no kidding they are actually adding a bit of stamina and strength… I can feel the difference.
Who woulda thought.
