A little late week 6/7 day 2 plyometrics
Jump training started at 9;30pm taking longer breaks still in btw sets.
Able to do almost all 30 sec sets with good form. And have almost keep up with the guy in the back and the guy with the prosthetic leg!
I got some click in my right hip and left heel. Need to go to to see chiropractic.
Definite sweaty mess which is good I guess. I’ve missed a few cardiovascular days but have run or rode the bike on those days.
Definitely feelin sore. More than earlier and can sort of sense I’m starting to get it a little. Time to start cutting back in Cals in.
Best thing I’ve done for my running. Getting more consistent and lowering my pace and recovery times. Also shorter runs are much faster lo-mid 9s for 5k.
Best investment ever. Onward and upward.
Did yoga x last night got to the 30 min mark and had to stop it was 1 am… need to work out a little earlier
